Isi Life Mein ! (2010)

Rajnandini, played by Sandeepa Dhar is a state-topper in her 12 exams and her family is elated. She also receives three scholarships and decides to study further. However, her father is of a conservative and traditional mindset who wishes for her to get married soon. Her mother is supportive of Rajnandini and decides to help her out. On the pretext of going to Mumbai to a relatives house to learn cooking, Rajnandini’s mother enrolls her in a college and finds a place in a hostel. In college Rajnandini joins the Dramatics society where she meets the head Vivaan, played by Akshay Oberoi. Since other students tease her about her long name, Vivann changes it to RJ. They both become good friends over time and RJ helps her overcome his anxiety about his father’s strict nature. On RJ’s birthday, she along with Vivaan and other friends visit her aunt’s house and to her surprise her father is also there who is furious at her modern dressing and being out so late with friends. He takes her back to Ajmer where she is to marry a friend’s son. Vivaan realizes he is in love with RJ and goes to Ajmer with his friends. There he tells Rj’s father that she is the lead in their play and without her it would work. He rejects the proposition. Meanwhile Rj’s father is burdened by the increasing financial demands by the groom’s family but Vivaan and his friends help out in whatever way they can, this touches her father’s heart. He eventually cancels the marriage and asks RJ to pursue her dreams. Their play wins first prize and Vivaan and RJ get engaged to be married. The movie is directed by Vidhi Kasliwal and produced by Kamal Kumar Bharjatya, Rajkumar Bharjatya and Ajit Kumar Bharjatya. The music is compose by Meet Bros Anjjan and Ankit.
